Step by step:
You will need the items from the shopping list, a drill and a cutter
Print the template, fix it to the lid of the case with sellotape
Drill all the necessary holes
For the fixation velcro straps
For the camera window
For the working ports
For the neoprene suture
You might need to give a few finishing touches with the cutter
Insert the straps
Sow the Neoprene to the working ports
Stick the stabilisers in the corners of the box and the lid
Build a few exercises…
Place the iPad or iPhone connected to a screen
… enjoy your new lap trainer…
